Warm and free breakfast, modern hotel.

reasonably priced and brand-new room, hard-working staff with a moody receptionist. easy, comfy location just next door to convenient stores, the o2 academy and the hotel's eating areas.

Appreciated its competent and efficient staff.

In general, the hotel was fairly clean. It was a joy spending time in the immaculate and cosy room with good shower, comfortable bed and TV kettle.

The hotel of choice in Sheffield. It had every detail we needed, loved staff and location. The location was incredible, close to Aqua Aerobics. Was in a local area and close to restaurants and bars. It was close to a bus stop.

Ease of check-in & check-out,no hassle.Friendliness of staff.Value for money & above all the cleanliness of the room - this is always paramount to me wherever I stay.

Didn't like anything, except location.

Only a short walk to jd Wetherspoons in town for a £4.10 Large breakfast and free wifi walking distance from train & tram so that car parking wasn't required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the Valley of Beer around Kelham Island with it's excellent choice of Freehouses and locally brewed real ales. Very close to nicely redeveloped Victoria Quays area.

No free wifi car parking extra, luckily decided to travel by train from Basingstoke, which was only slightly more expensive than the parking. No real ale or local ale offering at the bar. Disused/derelict petrol station outside the front of the hotel really affects pavement appeal and perception of hotel

amazing location for city strolls and scenic park views

I loved the fact that the hotel was just a few steps from the vibrant Peace Gardens and a short stroll to the beautiful Sheffield Winter Gardens, really allowing for leisurely weekend walks through the city while discovering its landmarks and lush green spaces.

Would recommend for a city trip

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the bicycle station nearby for exploring the area, and a clean environment that adds to the overall experience.

The staff were helpful and freindly and the hotel was well located for the city centre.

the price of the rooms wich includes breakfast and the restaurant was very good

the whole weekends entertainment which is why we stayed in shefield

Exceptionally cheap parking and ease of access to the city centre, staff were helpful - esp on check out.

I would of preferred there to of been a pillow case on spare pillow as looked a bit work and yellowed
